LEADERSHIP EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
Our Leadership Bootcamp is an intensive program aimed at empowering school leaders. It focuses on strategic vision setting, school culture, and systems design, all crucial for creating 21st-century educational environments. Participants are introduced to our six-pillar framework, which helps them assess and refine their school's culture and systems. The Bootcamp equips leaders with practical toolkits and frameworks, including the design-thinking framework, to effectively lead their institutions and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
OUR PROGRAM
Leadership Bootcamp Roadmap
Day 1: Visionary Leadership
Exploring the importance of a clear vision for school leadership and the critical choices involved in setting that vision.
Day 2: Student Learning and Teacher Professional Development
Showcasing practices from Riverside School that lead to exceptional student learning and robust teacher development.
Day 3: Working with Stakeholders: Admin Staff, Parents and Community
Sharing best practices through workshops and panel discussions on collaborating with administrative staff, parents, and the community to create a student-centric learning environment.
Day 4: Design Thinking for Leadership and Innovation
Conducting workshops on the FIDS framework, using design thinking to make decisions, innovate, and solve problems in educational settings.
Day 5: Working with Stakeholders: Admin Staff, Parents and Community
Co-creating actionable plans with participants to ensure they can implement new frameworks, tips, and techniques to elevate their school practices.

This video will offer you a glimpse of how each Process has been painstakingly documented to give leaders and teachers a very clear road map of change. Each pack has videos, insights, research and resources that are used by the RLC team for training as well as logins for schools that sign up for our flagship programmes.

What is the duration of the leadership bootcamp?
The leadership bootcamp is for 5 days - from 9am to 3pm, everyday.
How many participants in each leadership bootcamp?
Between 10-20 participants in each leadership bootcamp.
What happens in the leadership bootcamp?
We provide school leaders with tools, frameworks and practices to run effective schools that graduate students that are empowered, confident and prepared to thrive in the 21st century. Download our brochure for more details here.
Does Kiran take any of the sessions?
Most often, yes. She's present on days 1 and 5 of the bootcamp.
How much does it cost and what is included in the price?
We charge 40,000INR + GST for a single participant. This includes the training fee, breakfast and lunch on all 5 days.
Can you help us with stay arrangements?
Yes, we've got tie-ups with hotels that are 5 mins away, and can provide you with discounted rates.
